Rosa`s Pizza in Windsor

We ordered their catered food for our new years eve party and it was excellent. Everyone enjoyed everything and we will be ordering again.

Love their food. Always delicious and arrives before the time they say. Excellent customer service from people on the phone to the delivery person. I'd give more that 5 stars but that's all I'm able to do

Pizza was amazing so fresh and hot. Staff was like walking into a family friends home so welcoming and smiling. Caesar salad was the best I've ever had the kids who usually leave pizza eat the whole thing

Lunch Specials are amazing and a fantastic deal. Pizza is good. Fries are fantastic

We ordered for a party of 40 adults and children this weekend. Everything was perfect. The food was excellent everyone was really impressed with the crazy sticks and the pizza. It arrived on time hot and fresh. The value was also a pleasant surprise. Rosa's value was far better than the other local pizza shops. I would strongly recommend Rosa's for your next event or pizza night. They will definitely be our go to from now on.

I didn't think to ask about debit on delivery, who doesn't have debit on delivery?! So I had to call in my credit card number, it wasn't working, so she told me to send the food back (with so much attitude!). She was so rude to me i'll never order here again. I even asked her if she could reduce the order to just the $12 pasta because I only had $15 cash of the $28 order and she says "NO!". That also screws the driver too who drove here for nothing who is standing at the door while I'm on the phone with her! Thank you waitress that's not there to serve people

Best food ever! I ordered food for our staff dinner and everyone loved it! Out family also orders all the time and we are never disappointed!! Must try all their food!!

I've got the chicken parm sandwich a few times was pretty good.

The overall quality of their food has gone way down. The veal parmesan is mediocre and the blush sauce is some sort of weird concoction - not their classic creamy blush I would rant and rave about.Not to mention the woman's customer service skills are absurd. This is not how you should be treating someone who's willing to spend their hard earned dollars on your over priced product.

It started off good, but quickly went downhill. My most recent pizza looked like someone sat on it &it's expensive 60 for a king with with a few toppings &they left off 1 of my toppings &wouldn't refund my money they said they would take it off my next order when I told them about my literally paper thin pizza their response was they have been doing it for many years, no apology or compensation . If I could give a 0 I would. Rude, skimpy and very expensive . If that's what u want go here, if not, dont..I wish I still had the pic I took,when I posted it on facebook , they didn't respond &quickly took it down

Good pizza but did not give a good exchange rate.

Their pizza was delicious and extra cheesy, with a good amount of toppings compared to other restaurants I've ordered from. I decided to be daring and tried their 'Italian Poutine' which consisted of crinkle cut fries, meat sauce and melted mozzarella cheese on top. I would label it the 'Italian Nightmare.' Pasta sauce, in my honest opinion, just doesn't belong on a poutine or a substitute for gravy. It was awful. My hubby warned me that it didn't sound appetizing at all. Waste of $7, but you live, you learn. Other than that-- quick delivery, and amazing pizza.

Ordered wings and fries, wings where very dry and hard seems like they have been reheated the order cost around $40 did not even include napkins or forks. Will not order from Rosa's again.

I've had a love hate relationship with this place. Sometimes the pizza is fantastic, sometimes when they are super busy, it's overcooked and burnt. There's an older woman who isn't exactly customer friendly at all. The younger girls are much friendlier and seem happy.

Great 'za. Great takeaway lunch options.

Order a Rosa's chicken family dinner and it took them and hour and a half to deliver and didn't even bring the extras I ordered and ask for

We were looking for a place to cater an event and a friend reccomended Rosa's pizza so we ordered pizza to try out the food, as we have never been. Halfway through dinner I found a hair in my slice baked right in 🤮 I'm black so I know it wasn't mine lol. I called Rosa's back to inform them of my experience and the woman who answered was very rude, short and never once apologized. A short time after Rosa called back and apologized for the experience and for her rude employee. Rosa herself was very apologetic and sincere and kept trying to offer free food(which I obviously didn't want) and I'm appreciate that. But still taking my business elsewhere.

Last time at this place! One out of four panzerottis had absolutely nothing inside but grease. Supposed to be cheese and tomato but they charged us for a hunk of greasy dough. Told me they could make another one but changed their minds when they checked the delivery schedule and realized they didn't have anything coming my way. I literally live about 10 minutes away. They lost a regular customer that just dropped sixty dollars because they couldn't have a driver make a special trip. Said she'd put my name in a book and "take care of me" next time. Next time?! No thank you! Armando's is across the street. Guess I'll go there instead of giving my money to a smaller business

Been going to rosa's my whole life! Love their food. They have the best pizza around. I refuse to get my pizza anywhere else. They also catered a party we had awhile back, and did a wonderful job!!

great pizza and great fish n chips. Overall all items are awesome. I been eating Rosa's food since I was a little kid and still order as I have my own children now. Known Rosa and family many years, and very loyal and appreciate what they do.

Great place to order food! Delivery is pretty quick most of the time. The only downside to ordering from Rosa's is no debit on delivery.

If I could give them a negative number I wouldOrder taker doesn't know what they are doing they charged us extra for delivery for being out of the area then told us they charge for orders under $20 our order was over $20It took over an hour to receive orderDelivery doesn't take debit and driver would not hand the pizza over until the office confirmed credit card payment Then we found out pizza was cold and the receptionist said that wasn't trueThey refused to let us talk to the ownerThey even hung up on us and in the end we didn't get a hot pizza and we did get our money back and were told not to order from them again -AGREED

I ordered a "chicken gyro" tonight an chicken strips for my daughter, ive ordered from here before an never had a problem. Her food was fine but the second you opened the box for mine you could smell how bad it was. The tzaziki was sour an smelled, the lettuce was wilted an the chicken grey an looked like bread? 30$! Theres not a slim chance they didnt know this food was bad when they sent it to me. Im horrified

Family owned and run you have to try the fish and chips they are awesome and the prices are affordable and they deliver.

Everywhere online says delivery is available, but of course it's not. Used to be an amazing place to have delivered, I have been trying for 3+ weeks google still says delivery available but they still won't deliver, and refuse to say when/if they will deliver again

Pretty decent food but could use a modernization of the phone system and start taking debit transactions. They will gladly take your credit or debit number (sketch) over the phone (which is rare for places except in America) but don't have debit at the door? Wish I could order but I typically don't carry cash. Had the phone slammed in my face when my Visa debit didn't run.

We often have guests and clients in from out of town and have ordered rosas several times. We always receive so many compliments on the meal and quality.Our favourite go to is a small salad, penne with tomato sauce, eggplant pant (Cut in half) and stuffed shells. It feeds close to 30 people and comes to $180. Such a great value!

Ordered over $50 worth of food, everything was good except for the chicken pita. Could tell it was frozen chicken strips that they thawed...was like eating pieces of sponge and to top it off it was full of BROWN lettuce. Their pasta is great but do not ever order a pita from there!

First time having their pizza and from the reviews, I was excited. Unfortunately, the pizza was just okay, nothing to write home about. The older woman at the counter was very curt, not unfriendly but not very nice either. Probably will not be returning.

Aswome place to get food. Especially for homemade fast food.

I love the food there. Top choice for pasta, chicken, and best panzerotti. On the occasion that we pick up the order the staff is always really nice and for delivery its not a long wait at all.

I ordered a king size pizza with 3 toppings on one half and three toppings on other half.Some how the unintelegent lady thinks that makes 6 toppings.I tried to explain to her that would only be 3 toppings since any given slice you grab, it will only have 3 toppings on it. I didn't get 6 toppings on the whole pizza butNO not to this brainiac who was one of the employees and not the older ladies that run the place. My issue was not the extra charge but the incompetence of this person.This is the first time I've posted a review but I felt the need to born out of frustration since this isn't the first time I've had to explain this to another rosa's pizza employee 4 months ago. I am a regular customer of this establishment and will ask to speak with one of the owners rather than the help, next time.

Great pizza and family meal deals.

I grew up a few blocks away from this restaurant and always remembered the pizza being excellent. When I moved back into the area a few years ago (15 years after leaving), I remembered this restaurant and was very excited to share it with my wife, her family and our friends. The pizza is always excellent, fast and friendly service and, compared to other local pizzeria's, relatively inexpensive. We will be customers here for a long time.

The people are great so friendly home made food fast service portion are so big check it out you will not be disappointed

Delivery fees should not be included!

Food is satisfactory at best, however the customer service is terrible. The woman who answers the phone is rude each and every time I call. My order came to $23.00 and she angrily said "you need to add something else because we wont deliver that far out to your house for $23.00". I added on a few sodas and apparently they don't count toward the total. Point being, the service is horrible. Your food could be spectacular and it will still not be enough to make me ensure speaking to your employee on the phone. Judging by the other reviews saying the same thing about this particular employee, I'm not sure why she is still employed here, or at least allowed to answer the phone.
